Jennifer Askjaer – Partner

 Jennifer Askjaer has built a reputation for creating and executing strategic programs that drive profitable sales and community impact for restaurant brands. From launching new products to working with franchisees in the field, Jennifer understands the importance of turning strategy into execution and ultimately results.  Her brand work has included Burger King, Nestle, Baskin Robbins and Taco Bell.  Prior to starting Swell Marketing Group, Jennifer oversaw fundraising for the Taco Bell Foundation, developing national in-store campaigns that resulted in a 200% revenue increase.  Jennifer is also a restaurant and retail owner and has a passion for connecting local business with the community. 

Askjaer has a B.S. in Advertising from Syracuse University; S.I. Newhouse School of Communications. She resides outside of Boston with her husband and three children.

Sally George – Partner

Sally George has deep experience in public relations and brand messaging.  Her passion for building brands through signature programs, influencers and partnerships has been seen in her work for KFC, Quaker Oats, Mattel, the Entertainment Industry Foundation and Taco Bell.  Sally's leadership transformed the Taco Bell Foundation into a national fundraising and grantmaking organization, engaging 300 franchise partners and 6,000+ stores.  She also launched a brand awareness campaign for the Foundation with Mark Wahlberg, receiving the prestigious Silver Anvil and PR News CSR Award for Stakeholder engagement.  

George has a Masters Degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois and a B.A. in English/Spanish from Westmont College. She resides in Sacramento with her husband and three children.
